Following the vigorous research process, the designers team discerns the trends that strike the most interest to meet consumers’ wants and needs and begins creating the designs. Mood boards are used to organize the inspirational concepts – with reference points on designs, fabric swatches or textile design ideas, and color palettes – to depict the appropriate mood and story of each design.
Choosing the right fabric is the next important step of the production process. Our designers select the type of fabric that will adequately express their design ideas, and/or dictate the type of garment, accessory etc on which it will be applied. So the weight, thickness, and construction of each fabric helps them better understand how it fits, moves, and deals with each printing application. That is why our clients trust us to deliver excellent results using only the finest quality Fabrics suitable for the application they need.
Then, the digitally printed fabrics undergo the finishing process. This process may involve the application of additional dyes, the washing of the fabric, or making the fabric anti static, water repellant etc according to our clients needs.
Quality control is the most important step in our production line ensuring that our product samples that enter our showroom are production-ready. Our in-house chemist inspects the printed fabrics and runs a series of standardized tests to guarantee that they meet certain performance standards such as colorfastness, resistance to elements, stretch and friction resistance and UV light resistance, as well as the size, density, thickness of the fabrics to ensure the top quality of the final products.
